These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Oasis Water Zululand’s services, products, and website (collectively, “Services”). By purchasing from or interacting with Oasis Water Zululand (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms.

  • “Customer,” “you,” “your”: Any person or entity using our Services.

  • “Products”: Purified water, water containers, dispensers, and related items sold or rented by us.

  • “Website”: Any Oasis Water Zululand–operated online platform.

 

 

2. Products & Services

 
  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or change products without notice.

  • Purified water is produced according to our quality and safety standards.

 

 

3. Pricing & Payment

 
  • Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, card payments, and other methods as displayed in-store or on our website.

  • For rental agreements (e.g., water dispensers), separate written terms apply.

 

 

4. Refill Service Policy

 
  • Customers must ensure containers brought for refills are clean and fit for use.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refilling if a container is damaged, contaminated, or unsuitable.

  • Once water leaves our store, we cannot be responsible for contamination due to storage or handling by the customer.

 

 

5. Orders, Delivery & Collection

 
  • Orders can be placed in-store, by phone, or via our website (if available).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

  • Delivery fees may apply, as displayed at the time of ordering.

  • Customers must inspect goods upon delivery or collection and report issues immediately.

 

 

6. Returns & Refunds

 
  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, water and consumable products cannot be returned once collected/delivered unless faulty or unsafe.

  • Equipment (e.g., dispensers) may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Faulty or defective products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

 

 

7. Rental Equipment

 
  • Rented equipment remains the property of Oasis Water Zululand.

  • Customers are responsible for proper care and timely return.

  • Damages or loss will be charged at replacement cost.

 

 

8. Liability

 
  • We are not liable for:

    • Loss or damage arising from improper storage, handling, or use of our products.

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

 

 

9. Intellectual Property

 
  • All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is owned by Oasis Water Zululand or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

 

 

10. Privacy

 

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available in-store and on our website.
