Return & Refund Policy

At Oasis Water Zululand, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. General Principles
We comply fully with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).
Returns are accepted only under conditions that do not compromise the health and safety of our customers.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
Purified water once collected or delivered.
Opened or unsealed beverage containers.
Used water bottles, containers, or caps.
3. Returnable Items
You may return the following within 7 days of purchase:
Unused equipment (e.g., water dispensers, sealed bottles, accessories) in original packaging and condition.
Defective products (including sealed water products found to be faulty or unsafe).
4. Faulty or Unsafe Products
If a product is defective or unsafe:
Please contact us immediately.
We will inspect the product and, if confirmed defective, offer:
Replacement (preferred option), or
Full refund of the purchase price.
5. Proof of Purchase
All returns or exchanges require proof of purchase, such as:
Original till slip, invoice, or electronic receipt.
For deliveries, the delivery note may serve as proof.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible.
Cash refunds may take up to 5 working days to process.
Card refunds may take up to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Inspect goods upon collection or delivery and report any concerns immediately.
Store water products in a cool, clean place away from direct sunlight.
Ensure returned equipment is clean and free from damage.
