Same Day Delivery—Order placed Mon-Sat between 8am-10am
Next Day Delivery—Order placed Mon-Sat after 10am
Orders that was not delivered/completed on Saturday will be delivered on a Sunday.

How do I know I will receive my own containers back after refilling?
Hygiene is very important to us, so Oasis will mark your bottles upon collection to ensure that there is no incident where bottles of customers is swapped by accident.
What happens if there is no one home to receive my order?
If no one is at the address at delivery time, your delivery will take place as soon as there is another order in your direct facinity. You are also welcome to collect your order from us.
Payment methods
All orders must be paid online via our web app. Once an order has been placed and processed online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to have someone to hand over the empty containers and someone to receive the delivery.
